Our summer season runs from mid-May thru early. Many of these positions are wonderful opportunities for first jobs. In addition, for college students we offer the ALIVE@Mo Program that provides housing and fellowship/worship while working on the ranch.
Also, the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) employs staff who work in the fall and spring, teaching environmental and leadership skills to school groups. Employment dates are from August thru November and February thru May.

Guest Services Agent (seasonal) - >> - APPLY
Event Set-up Attendant Assistant - >> - APPLY
Assists guests with reservations, registration and payment. Previous hospitality experience a plus, computer experience and good math skills important. Some weekends and evenings will be required.
Executes group and conference functions to ensure guest’s specifications are adhered to and that functions run smoothly and efficiently. Possess knowledge of meeting space and equipment inventories, skills in audio visual aids, and has the ability to perform all set-up, tear down and refresh tasks. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
Room Attendants/Housekeepers - >> - APPLY
Room Attendants cleans rooms and public areas, must be able to work weekends.
