Dates, Fees & Themes

Tier I
Fully subsidized rate: those taking advantage of this rate are subsidized by other programs and the generosity of our donors. We offer this to keep camping as an affordable option for families.

Tier II
Partially subsidized rate: price for those who can afford a bit more. At this level the following cost are covered: food, lodging, staffing and supplies. This level helps to sustain Mo-Ranch’s camping ministry by covering the actual cost of one camper.

Tier III
Some families have resources to cover the full cost of a child’s camping experience. At this level all expenses and overhead are covered: insurance, capital requirements, utilities, scholarships, etc.

Please choose the rate which best fits your family. All tier levels receive the same Summer Camp experience.

Deposit and Refunds

A $40 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit must be included with payment. The non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is included in the total cost of your chosen camp session.

***Refund policy ***:
Cancellations before three weeks of the assigned camp session will receive a full refund minus the $40 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within three weeks of the assigned session will forfeit the entire tuition fee unless the vacancy is filled by another camper. Cancellations due to medical or academic reasons will be at the discretion of the Director. Written verification from the Doctor or School will be required.

Family Fun Day

Reservations are required with a non-refundable fee of $11.50 per adult (12+) and $7.50 for children (4-11) and not enrolled in Day Camp. Reservations and the fee must be received one full week prior to each session.
