King Dining Hall menus are varied and designed to not only satisfy a hearty appetite, but to also build healthy eating styles.
Fresh vegetables, fresh-baked bread and rolls, homemade enchiladas rubs, slow-smoked beef brisket ... the menu goes on and on.
Lunch and dinner menus normally include two main-course items, vegetables, and an abundant salad bar that includes fresh vegetables and fruit, cheeses and many other items. And, of course, dessert.
From April to October and weather permitting, Dining Services also offers barbecue dinner twice a week in the Pecan Grove on the bank of the Guadalupe River.
