Introducing a new and exciting event at Mo-Ranch: Mo Gives Back!, a new annual summer event with a mission.
Mo Gives Back! is a way for people in the community to support local nonprofits by promoting citizen involvement and to raise money for three local beneficiaries, culminating in the first-ever Mo-lympics!
Mo-Ranch will begin accepting applications for this event on June 1, 2021. Applications will be reviewed by the selection committee comprised of Kerr County residents who are actively involved in nonprofit endeavors. Mo-Ranch will select three Mo Gives Back! recipients. The three accepted beneficiaries will be announced on July 1, 2021.
Mo-Ranch employees will volunteer quarterly with one of these nonprofits. The Mo-Ranch team is ecstatic to participate in helping other nonprofits through community outreach.
The first annual Mo Gives Back! Mo-lympics event will be hosted on July 30, 2022. The three selected beneficiaries, local community businesses and organizations are invited to join the fun! Activities include, but are not limited to, three-legged-race, cornhole tournament, farthest rope swing competition, Mo slide, canoe races, egg toss, and many more.
In addition, this event will be open to the public. All are invited to come out to Mo-Ranch on July 30, 2022, to enjoy food, beverages and entertainment. Your $25 ticket will serve as a contribution to your personal beneficiary of the three selected choices.
We look forward to this new venture and furthering our community involvement. Mo Gives Back is Polar Bear Plunge reimagined, while continuing to give back to the community during these unprecedented times. If you enjoy the comradery and fundraising efforts that were a direct result of Polar Bear Plunge, we encourage you to participate in Mo Gives Back!
All volunteer hours and events pertaining to Mo Gives Back will be contingent upon the Centers for Disease Control guidelines at that point in time. Mo-Ranch reserves the right to cancel, postpone, and regulate attendance numbers as they see fit.
