Cost and Housing:
All participants will be housed in hotel rooms. All linens are provided. Costs include all meals, lodging and tuition. Supply fees for primary courses are separate and paid to the instructor at the first course session.
You have the option to pay a $75.00 deposit per person or to pay in full at checkout. To pay the deposit of $75.00 per person select Pay Deposit or to pay in full select Pay in Full below.
What to Expect
This is for special information/directions to give the customer so they know what to expect for the conference/registration process.
A $75.00 deposit must accompany registration. The balance of all fees will be due 45 days prior to the start of the event, or upon registration if within 45 days full payment is required at the time of registration.
Full refund minus $75.00 administrative fee per person will be made if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the conference.
There are generally no refunds for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the start of the event nor any applying of the deposit toward other charges or future deposits. Because you are registering before May 30, 2019, you will have an option to pay a deposit of $75.00 per person or the full amount at the end of your registration.
