Cost and Housing:
All participants will be housed in hotel rooms which each have two queen beds and a full bath.
Cost is all-inclusive: Eight meals, lodging and tuition.
You have the option to pay a $75.00 deposit per person or to pay in full at checkout. To pay the deposit of $75.00 per person select Pay Deposit or to pay in full select Pay in Full below.
What to Expect
This is for special information/directions to give the customer so they know what to expect for the conference/registration process.
A deposit must accompany registration if not paying in full. The balance of all fees will be due prior to the start of the event or upon registration if registering at the conference. When registering at the conference full payment is required at registration.
Full refund less $75.00 administrative fee per person will be made if cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to the conference.
There are generally no refunds for cancellations received on or after 10 days prior to the start of the event nor any applying of the deposit toward other charges or future deposits.
Because you are registering before October 23, 2017, you will have an option to pay a deposit of $75.00 per person or the full amount at the end of your registration.
