Women’s Conference 2026
As people of faith, we have opportunities to mark these liminal spaces by recognizing that God is with us on the journey, giving us grace. We will spend the weekend reflecting on God’s presence in all the times of our lives – and in the midst of singing, prayer, worship, keynotes, workshops, and rest, we will mark those times and places of grace in our lives.
Each year, hundreds of women from across the region gather together for the Mo-Ranch Women’s Conference. Take a break from the busyness of life to recharge physically, mentally and spiritually. Conference activities include keynote presentations, worship, fellowship, recreation, free time and workshops.

Keynote Speaker: Rev. Cecelia “CeCe” Armstrong
Rev. Cecelia “CeCe” Armstrong is the Co-Moderator of the 226th and 227th General Assemblies of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). She was elected in July 2024 and served until July 2026. She is currently serving St. James Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Charleston, South Carolina as Associate Pastor.
Cecelia is the youngest of five children born and raised in Detroit. She was confirmed at Calvary Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Detroit and has held membership at New Life Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in College Park, Georgia, and Belle-Terrace Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Augusta, Georgia.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia and her Master of Arts in Education for Curriculum and Instruction with emphasis on Secondary Mathematics at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Cecelia went on to receive her Master of Divinity at Johnson C. Smith Theological Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia. She was ordained as a deacon and elder at Belle-Terrace and a minister of the Word and Sacraments.
Since that time, Cecelia has served in several church leadership positions across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. In addition, she has participated in various committees and commissions on ministry and served as co-moderator of the National Association of Presbyterian Clergywomen.
She has been a contributing writer for Presbyterians Today magazine, as well as the Presbyterian Outlook and more.

Music Leader: Kim Mendoza
Kim hopes to live life with her eyes and heart wide open, eager to see the Holy Spirit at work in the world. Kim believes that God’s Love always finds a way–most of the time, in the most subtle and surprising ways.Kim is passionate about cheering others on in their passions & believes everyone has a song to sing. A Filipino-American born in Long Beach, CA, Kim grew up in a Filipino Presbyterian Church plant which started as a bible study in her family’s living room in Henderson, NV.
Kim received her B.A. in Christian Ministries from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA, and her Master of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Austin, TX. Music has played a vital role in Kim’s call to ministry, and she is grateful for opportunities to lead music when and where she can. She currently serves as the Associate Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Flower Mound, TX.
Accompanist: Susan Terry
Susan is excited to be back at Mo-Ranch! She is a lover of nature and animals and a co-founder of a non-profit, OurWatch (www.ourwatchusa.org) which uses horses as co facilitators with first responders. Music has always been a big part of her life and looks forward to making music with each of you.

President: Shelley Smith
Shelley has an infectious passion for all things related to Presbyterian Women is inspiring. As Co-Moderator of Communications for the Presbyterian Women’s Coordinating Team within the Presbytery of New Covent, she connects women across the region with zeal, and as the Northeast Cluster Coordinator, she supports seven churches with unwavering enthusiasm.
Vice President: Jessie Kuehner
Jessie knows no stranger and can’t wait to meet you. She is the Director of Christian Education for First Presbyterian Church Vero Beach, Florida. There she works with the PW along with Youth and Children. She is a graduate of Fuller Seminary and University of Nebraska. She is a Certified Christian Educator in the PC(USA). She is married to her Husband, Brian and they have 3 kids, Lauren, John and Phil, and a miniature pinture dog. She loves talking with people, coming up with random games, telling Dad jokes and is still trying to find time for a hobby.
Secretary: Amy Fair
Amy attends St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Denton, Texas, where she has served as a Deacon, Sunday school teacher, member of the Youth Ministry Committee, and confirmation mentor. Her love of Mo-Ranch started in 2000 when she attended Youth Celebration for the first time. During college and young adulthood, she served as a small group leader and sponsor for Junior High Jubilee. Amy first attended the Mo-Ranch Women’s Conference in 2019 and found great joy helping plan the event as the Grace Presbytery Women’s Council representative from 2024-2026.
Amy is married to Chris and loves being a mom to Emily, Chase, and bonus-son David. When she’s not playing chauffeur to piano lessons or sports practices, Amy enjoys reading and watching too much reality TV (balance, y’all!).

Extended Stay:
If you would like to spend an extra day at Mo, register for Extended Stay! There will be no scheduled programming so you are free to enjoy the ranch at your own pace. Cost includes your lodging (preference will be given to staying in the same room you occupied during the conference but is not guaranteed) for Sunday night and meals Sunday lunch through Monday breakfast (Monday lunch tickets can be purchased at Guest Services or in advance through the Program Office at x246). Extended Stay reservations can be made at the time of conference registration on our website or by contacting the Program Office at ext. 246.
Childcare for Women’s Conference:
Thanks to generous funding from St. Philip Presbyterian Church, Houston, Mo-Ranch is thrilled to offer childcare during Women’s Conference. Infants through 8th grade will be welcome, with structured programming offered to those Kinder-8th grade. Childcare is available at $25/child and pre-registration is required by June 1st.

Cancellation
Full refund minus administrative fee up to $75 per person will be made if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the conference. There are generally no refunds for cancellations received on or after 30 days prior to the start of the event nor any applying of the amount paid toward other charges or future conferences.
What to Bring
Bring a Bible, notebook, flashlight, hair dryer, rain gear, and other seasonally appropriate clothing. Linens are provided. Bring shoes suitable for Mo-Ranch’s rocky, uneven terrain.
Transportation
Mo-Ranch is 90 miles one-way, or a 2-hour drive from the nearest airport (San Antonio/SAT), allow 3 hours travel/check-in time for departures. We recommend generally scheduling arriving flights before 3 p.m. and departing flights after 3 p.m. to be sure you do not miss any of your event. If you are in need of shuttle service to Mo-Ranch, call Kars for Hire in Kerrville at (830) 890-8200 at least 15 days in advance to arrange transportation from San Antonio International Airport.
