Summer Camp Registration
Please fill out one registration form per camper. To hold a spot for your camper, a $100 per-camper, per-session-reserved, non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee must accompany the registration form. The balance of your session fee must be received in full prior to your arrival at camp. You are welcome to make partial payments up until the week prior to the beginning of your camp session. Upon receipt of your registration form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter via email. Cancellations made before three weeks of the assigned camp session will receive a full refund minus the $100 deposit. Cancellations within three weeks of the assigned session will forfeit the entire camp fee unless the vacancy is filled by another camper. Refund of the balance of the camp fee will only be at the discretion of the director. If cancellation is for medical or academic reasons, written verification from the doctor or school will be required.
Partial scholarships are available for families with financial need. Contact the summer camp office for a scholarship application at (800) 460-4401 ext. 250 or email@example.com.
All campers will be oriented to our behavior and safety rules on the first day of camp. Counselors are trained to handle behavior problems with positive reinforcement, redirection, and consequences appropriate to the camper’s behavior and age level. Corporal punishment is not allowed at Mo-Ranch Summer Camp. Should a camper exhibit repeated episodes of disruptive, unsafe, or violent behavior that is not corrected with positive behavior management, his/her parent or guardian will be asked to pick-up, or arrange for the camper to be picked-up, from Mo-Ranch immediately. Simply download each form and fill it out, then email them back to us. If you prefer to have these forms emailed or mailed to you, please let us know and we will be happy to send them to you.
Each form is important; please read each one carefully while filling it out.
All forms should be returned to us no later than 30 days prior to the start of your camper’s session.
