Summer Camp Registration
There is a minimum deposit of $100.00 to reserve a spot for your camper.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and the deposit does go towards your camper’s accumulated tuition. The deposit is calculated on a per-camper/per-session basis. After the minimum deposit has been paid, you are welcome to make partial payments at any time online, thereafter. Full tuition must be received no later than the Thursday before your selected camp session starts.
Please note: If the tuition is not paid in full by this time, Mo-Ranch reserves the right to run the previously provided credit card for any outstanding balances due.

Cancellations made before three weeks of the assigned camp session will receive a full refund minus the $100 deposit. Cancellations within three weeks of the assigned session will forfeit the entire camp fee unless the vacancy is filled by another camper. Refund of the balance of the camp fee will only be at the discretion of the director. If cancellation is for medical or academic reasons, written verification from the doctor or school will be required. Campers leaving Mo-Ranch Summer Camp early due to homesickness will not eligible for a refund.
In order to be eligible for consideration of a summer camp scholarship, you must first complete your camper’s registration and pay the $100 required, non-refundable deposit. All scholarship applications received for unregistered campers will not be considered.
Partial scholarships are available for families with financial need. All scholarship applications are available online here.
All campers will be oriented to our behavior and safety rules on the first day of camp. Counselors are trained to handle behavior problems with positive reinforcement, redirection, and consequences appropriate to the camper’s behavior and age level. Corporal punishment is not allowed at Mo-Ranch Summer Camp.
Should a camper exhibit repeated episodes of disruptive, unsafe, or violent behavior that is not corrected with positive behavior management, his/her parent or guardian will be asked to pick-up, or arrange for the camper to be picked up, from Mo-Ranch immediately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.

Spring 2019 referral discount: Campers are eligible for a $50.00 referral credit for each *new-to-camp family* that signs up for summer camp. Expires 5/1/2019.
Referral discounts are only eligible for residential summer camp participants. Returning campers and new camp families are eligible for a referral discount. Your camper must be registered prior to the new camp family registering that’s being referred to receive the discount. Referred families must be listed during online registration in the “How did you hear about Mo-Ranch” section with a first and last name or clearly stated elsewhere to qualify.
Referral credit is applied once the referred family has signed up and deposits are processed.
Sibling discounts! We offer a 5% sibling discount after one camper has registered at the full price! No promo code is needed this year! The discount will automatically be applied during online registration.
Military discounts! We offer a 10% active military discount. Please use promo code “momilitary” during registration.
