Dining Options at Mo-Ranch
The Mo-Ranch Dining Services department strives to make our guests culinary experience here one they will fondly remember for years to come.
Most meals are served buffet-style in the King Dining Hall. Its rustic cedar-line interior with vaulted ceilings and three huge limestone fireplaces has a seating capacity of 420 people. It is designed for accessibility by those with mobility issues.
Dining Services also provides catered meals in the King Dining Hall and at other locations, both indoors and outdoors, around the ranch.
We also strive to meet the needs of guests with special dietary needs.
King Dining Hall
King Dining Hall menus are varied and designed to not only satisfy a hearty appetite, but to also build healthy eating styles.
Fresh vegetables, fresh-baked bread and rolls, homemade enchiladas rubs, slow-smoked beef brisket … the menu goes on and on.
Lunch and dinner menus normally include two main-course items, vegetables, and an abundant salad bar that includes fresh vegetables and fruit, cheeses and many other items. And, of course, dessert.
From April to October and weather permitting, Dining Services also offers barbecue dinner twice a week in the Pecan Grove on the bank of the Guadalupe River.
Reservations are necessary to enjoy home-style meals in the King Dining Hall. Please reserve all meals when you book accommodations.

*Barbecue rates on Wednesday and Saturday evenings are subject to seasonal price increases.
Catered meals are available for family reunions, corporate groups, social gatherings and special occasions. Menu selections are prepared to meet your event needs. These items may include appetizers, meat sandwich trays, fruit & cheese trays as well as one or two entreé buffet menus. Please contact our Sales Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss and plan catered events.
Our chef accommodates personal dietary restrictions whenever possible, including preparing vegetarian entrées for your visit.
