Where are our products shipped from?
All of our products are housed at our store at Mo-Ranch. Once your order is processed, our employees transport your order to USPS or UPS.
All orders of $75 or more get free shipping.
Pease allow 2 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are excluded from processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when choosing a preferred shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Counting business days – Shipping days are 24-hour days. If you place your order on Monday, then 1 business day would be Wednesday.
Our peak season is summertime. We start to see a higher volume of guests and customers on the ranch from the month of May through the month of September. During peak season, it may take more than 2 business days to process your order. We will get to your order as soon as we can.
Please note that we take your order from the ranch to USPS or UPS. This takes time and travel for us to ship your order.
You may select from Standard Shipping (2-10 business days), 3 Business Days, 2 Business Days, or 1 Business Day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Cost is $5.95 if the order is under $75. It is free for orders over $75.
Orders confirmed before 2 P.M. will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Any orders confirmed after 2P.M. will be processed the following business day. 3 Business Days orders placed on Friday after 2 P.M. will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
In the event that your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your order if items are still available. If we cannot replace them we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. If shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
Returns and Exchanges:
Once your order has been received, you have 10 days to return or exchange your item. Please send your order back to us and we will refund your purchase with the original payment method. If you wish to exchange an apparel item for a different size, we will send you the correct size needed. If the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will either refund your purchase or you may apply the purchase as store credit.
Any returned or exchanged apparel MUST be returned with the tag on. If you return your apparel and the tag has been removed we can not exchange your item. We can not exchange your item if it has been worn, stained, or damaged.
