Individual reservations require a deposit of one night’s room charges at the time of reservation. Cancellations received 10 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival are not eligible for refund.
Securing space for a group reservation requires a signed contract and deposit of 25% of estimated event cost. A second payment of 25% is required 120 days prior to arrival. Unpaid balance is due upon arrival.

Meal requirements for your group
You are required to purchase breakfast, lunch, and dinner when staying in lodging that does not have kitchen facilities. The only optional meals are dinner on the day of arrival and lunch on the day of departure. All meals served in the King Dining Hall are chef selected.
